Wonderful quiet place to stay in beautiful Amman. The service from A to Z is excellent. The employees are friendly and assist with a smile.

Very happy with the location, service, and cleanliness. The breakfast quality and service stands out. Very impressed with Chef Eled (spelling ?) and service member Wala'a. Wala'a was always very courteous, professional and served with a big smile! The hotel should provide an ATM in the lobby as a convenience to business travelers like me who typically don't carry local currency.

My family and i traveled to jordan for four days it was very beautiful experience in rotana tower , clean rooms , clean and delicious food , good service and perfect place . We met walaa and alaaaldin that works in dinning room and they gives us a good service

Clean and specious rooms, delicious and various food. Very service minded stuff, specially waiter AlAdin at the breakfast, who tried to help us not just during the breakfast, but also to feel welcomed to Jordan.

Quiet and peaceful, on the 43rd floor next to the clouds, the boulevard is right across the street if you’re looking for a good walk, and the mall for some light shopping. The breakfast at 360 was delicious with a variety of different options, Wala’a the hostess specifically was so welcoming and helpful and sweet!

Great hospitality and great food and service from all the staff especially Moneer, Kareem, Karam, Thamer, Qusai and Saleh from the restaurant and Omar from the house keeping.

GOOD IMPRESSION, QULAITY SERVICE AND GENTLE STAFF, SERVICEABLE AND EFFICIENT. As well for the breakfast, it was very diversified and tasty - waiters were very friendly as well to mention at reception Mrs Walaa.

it was an amazing experience overall, the staff are just too sweet and super professional. I had a wonderful time there, felt like a second home tbh!
