If the Children are aged 4 years old or above, standard gate rates will apply at the time of visiting the Leisure Facility, which the guest will need to settle directly with the operator or purchase in advance via Experience Hub’s portal at adult price).

Terms & Conditions
Escape packages must be booked 2 days prior to arrival date in order to secure tickets. Room rates are subject to 10% service charge, 6%% tourism fee and 4% Municipality fee. 5% VAT is applied to the room rate and service charge. Your stay is subject to a Municipality room fee of AED 15.00 per bedroom per night. Credit card holder and the credit card used for bookings must be present upon check-in. late checkout is subject to availability. Promotion expires on 31st December 2022. Rotana Rewards members will earn Points when booking the Rotana Escapes packages but discounts that are part of the packages components will not be applicable.
